The drawstring closure is so simple but works perfectly, and the natural stripe pattern looks great on my counter. My loaf stays fresh and soft until the last slice, which is exactly what I wanted.
My sourdough used to go hard by day three, but in this striped bag it’s still soft and sliceable a full week later. The drawstring cinches tight enough to keep things snug, and the linen’s breathable weave really does the moisture-wicking trick.
The natural linen fabric breathes so well that my sourdough stayed crusty on the outside for four days instead of turning soggy. And the stripes give it a nice rustic look sitting on my counter, plus the drawstring cinches shut without any fuss.
