Natural linen placemat set of 2

The oatmeal color is warmer than I expected from the photos, and it blends nicely with my everyday white dishes. After a couple of washes they got even softer, though they do wrinkle if I skip ironing.

I was worried linen would feel scratchy on a dinner table but these are surprisingly soft, and the oatmeal shade hides sauce splatters way better than my old white mats. They washed up fine on a cold cycle and didn't shrink, which is more than I can say for the last set I owned.

The oatmeal color is a perfect neutral and doesn't clash with my patterned dishes. They're soft straight out of the wash and barely wrinkle if I lay them flat to dry. Nice weight too, thick enough to actually protect the table.
