These are softer than I expected after the first wash but still feel substantial. The charcoal gray hides gravy and wine splatters well, so they're my go-to for dinner parties. Mixing them with my cream tablecloth turned out better than I pictured.
The charcoal gray is richer in person than in the photos, and they mix nicely with my cream plates. Only gripe is they arrived pretty wrinkled, so I had to iron them before the first dinner.
The linen is a bit stiffer than I expected straight out of the package, and the 2-pack feels small for a dinner party. Color is a nice muted charcoal, though, and they did soften up after a couple washes.
