I've been using these over my sourdough bowl during the bulk rise and the dough doesn't dry out or form a skin like it did with plastic wrap. The linen actually breathes, so no weird condensation dripping back onto the bread. Replaced my cling film habit entirely.

The drawstring closure keeps the fit snug over my rising dough, and after a month of weekly use they’ve washed up beautifully without shrinking. I like that they let the bread breathe instead of trapping condensation like plastic wrap does.

The linen is a nice weight and the natural color looks great on the counter. I’ve been using one over my sourdough bowl for a few days now and the dough is rising perfectly without any plastic wrap needed.
